NHS Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), works on behalf of our residents to plan and purchase, or commission, NHS services and improve the health of people in Bromley.
We are led by local NHS doctors and cover a growing population of over 330,900 from Beckenham to Biggin Hill.
Bromley Council and Bromley CCG are developing a joint strategy for residents aged 65+. The strategy will look at the future population of Bromley and the type of support that will need to be in place to enable people to live as independently as possible.
As proactive care pathways have been so successful, the decision has now been taken to review heart failure services to see if a similar approach can be taken.
