We are committed to working with patients, the public, Healthwatch and the voluntary sector to make sure that they are able to influence the services that we plan.
We have a Patient Advisory Group (PAG), made up of local people. The PAG is always our first port of call when we are asking for people to get involved in our work.
Patients have been closely involved in the delivery of improved community based care which is joined up to meet the individual needs of patients. We have held workshops, run surveys, held focus groups and invited patients to meetings with our staff to give their views. Patients have influenced the integrated care network model of care and the information that is provided to patients.
