Have your say on maternity care in Bromley, volunteer as a committee member for Maternity Voices in Bromley.

Are you pregnant or had a baby in the last five years? Then we would love to hear from you about your experiences to help improve maternity care in Bromley.

Bromley Maternity Voices is an independent group made up of people who have used maternity services and those who support women and families such as doctors, midwives, health visitors and other health care professionals. The group acts as an advisory friend to help maternity services in Bromley improve care for women.

We are seeking committee members to get involved as much or as little as you can manage. Every little bit makes a difference.

This can include:

Sharing your birth and pregnancy experiences using our anonymous online survey.

Attending our Bromley Maternity Voices meetings which take place every two months. You can come to as many as you manage and we pay your public transport expenses and have a crèche on site for meetings.

Join us at events that promote maternity care in order to get views from other mums.

Joining us when we go out to meet new parents to listen to their birth experiences

The provision of a Mindful mums’ service which offers befriending and wellbeing groups. Better information for parents who want a home birth.
