'When cells have misbehaved' - Free family workshop to help people of all ages understand what cancer is, why people get it and how it is treated.

 

A free workshop for children, parents, grandparents and carers, to understand what cancer is, why people get it, and how it is

treated.

What to expect?

Families can listen to a show that explains about cancer cells, using puppets, animations and models.

Families can then get involved in any of the six activity stations to help with understanding of Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, Treatments, blood tests and more. Suitable for all ages. Refreshments provided.
