Staff from Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) formed a choir and performed at Beckenham Beacon to raise money for charity in the build up to Christmas.
Singing in waiting areas and the main entrance at the Beacon, around 10 members of staff raised over £200 for homeless charity Shelter and CASPA, providing support for children with autism.
At the same time, CCG staff have donated over 11 boxes of food and toiletries to Bromley Foodbank, the third consecutive year they have collected for the bank.
Mark Cheung, Bromley CCG Programme Director – Integrated Care Systems said: ‘This was a spontaneous project that has resulted in raising some money for very worthy causes. The whole process has been fun and uplifting from the first rehearsal to our recent performances. I am very grateful to staff, and those who donated, for raising an amazing amount in such a short space of time.’
