X by X Bromley, a local voluntary organisation run by local disabled people, is launching a new service to support patients who want to access services online.
X by X Bromley are offering free support, advice and practical tips to help patients use the internet safely. With so many services now being delivered online, from booking Doctor appointments to renewing library books, and with the plans to make welfare benefits applications online, it can be scary if you’re not used to online applications. Your local health services now offer many ways to book different services online. We can help you access these, making it easier for you to book your appointments.
The organisation are running drop-in sessions in Bromley, as well as quarterly training on useful topics such as How to Stay Safe Online. They will also provide a phone and email helpline service.
