Have your say on community health services in Bromley

Do you live in Bromley and use community health services?  If so then we would love to hear from you.

NHS Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group is the organisation responsible for planning and paying for many of the health services you will use in Bromley.   To make sure community health services meet your needs, we are asking for your views and experiences of using them.   These are services such as district nursing, occupational therapy, wound care, falls service, speech and language, rehabilitation services etc.

We have two surveys.  One is for people using adult services and the other is for children’s services.  

For adult services, please either complete on line or call Freephone 0800 085 4879 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)

For children’s services please complete on line.

All responses are in total confidence.

Your feedback will help the CCG ensure that the services meet the needs of people in Bromley.
