Mindful dads - survey to inform a new pilot

Date: 19 July 2019

Following on from the success of the Mindful Mums programme, which aims to improve wellbeing and build resilience in new and expectant mums, Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind have been commissioned by the CCGs in Bromley, Bexley and Greenwich to pilot approaches to providing support to expectant and new fathers. This will include those who are struggling with their own mental wellbeing, those supporting partners with mental health problems and stay at home dads.

To help inform this work, we are seeking views from local men on what support they would value, to help us plan the service. The survey, which will only take a few minutes to complete, can be found here. The closing date for responses is 31st July.

BL&G Mind are also looking for sessional workers to run the activities once the pilot starts, find out more here.
