We are committed to developing stakeholder engagement and in particular patient and public engagement. It is vital we ensure that feedback from engagement activity is recorded and fed into planning for service change. It is also crucial that individuals who have engaged with the CCG know that we have listened, and to let them know what changes we have carried out as a result of their feedback.
The Stakeholder Bulletin is produced on a quarterly basis and the aim is to update stakeholders on key developments and raise awareness of any changes to services or CCG processes that are a result of feedback in a you said; we did format.
