NHS Bromley CCG works with health service providers and a range of other local organisations in the borough to make sure that vulnerable adults and children are protected.
Everyone in the UK has the fundamental right to live free from harm and abuse. We are responsible for making sure all of the services we commission are safe and effective. We make sure that safeguarding is everyone’s business by working closely with many different people and organisations in Bromley.

Bromley CCG works with other partners in Bromley as part of the Bromley Safeguarding Adults Board. There is a huge commitment in Bromley to protect all residents from abuse and neglect. This involves helping residents to understand what abuse is and how we can work as a community to tackle it. To help us do this, we have produced a video which is available below:
If you have any concerns about someone’s safety, please call 020 8461 7777 during office hours and 0300 303 8671 out of office hours. For any emergency situation please call 999.
We support adults who are at risk of abuse and neglect. They are often vulnerable because of their mental health, physical disability, age or illness and may find it difficult to protect themselves from abuse. View our Safeguarding Adults policy.
We also take an active part in the work of the Bromley Safeguarding Adults Board, which is made up of a broad range of professionals and organisations from our borough.
Safeguarding children is everybody’s responsibility and adults have a duty to report abuse.
