If a child is between 0 and 2 years 6 months, please contact your health visitor or GP.
If a children between 2 years and 5 please contact your GP in the first instance or you may also wish to speak to your community nursing team about sleep problems. The link is below:

If you are worried that your child's emotional wellbeing is affected their sleep, please visit our emotional wellbeing and mental health page for children which will show you how to refer into the Emotional Wellbeing service at http://www.bromleywellbeingcyp.org/
Alternatively there is a national organisation called Young Minds that provide information on sleeping issues and emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. There is a number on the website for a parent helpline if you would like to speak to somebody and also information for children and young people.
